PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

ETHERMALOFT® COZY(Temperature Control）The innovative temp regulating insulation made of cellulose fibers containing microcapsule phase change materials can intelligently monitor the temperature of the micro-environment surround the body, providing you the optimal comfort and warmth. When the body temperature is too high due to activity, the phase change material in the microcapsule will liquefy, absorb and store the heat and not make you sweat; when the activity weakens and the body temperature decreases, thephase change material in the microcapsules will solidify, release and reflect the heat back to the human body, keeping you warm and comfortable.

OBTAINED CERTIFICATION

ETHERMALOFT® COZY meets the harmful substances requirements of OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100 and has been awarded the OEKO-TEX ®Certificate for Product Class 1 by Hohenstein Institutes (meets the human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for baby articles).
ETHERMALOFT ®COZY thermal insulation conforms with GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD 4.0 (GRS 4.0)

USER GUIDELINES

ETHERMALOFT ®COZY  is usually in vacuum packing. Please open the bag and take the product out for at least 24 hours to restore it to its normal state before processing. As filling material, LITHERMO® can provide good warmth retention property. It is recommended to choose appropriate fabrics and linings. If necessary, please use non-woven fabrics while quilting. When using coated fabrics or waterproof and breathable fabrics, especially those fabrics with weft counts less than 86 / inch, it is recommended to evaluate the possibility of fiber migration.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold (40°C), delicate cycle.
Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
Tumble dry, low heat. 
Do not steam press. Steam only or use cool iron.
Do not bleach.
Professional dry cleaning only. Dry cleaning may reduce bulkiness.
It is recommended that garment manufacturers to conduct comprehensive tests on different fabrics and garment styles to determine the appropriate caring methods. The garment manufacturer’s care instructions need to ensure the integrity of the entire clothing test.
