ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE high-efficiency thermal insulation is made of scientifically proportioned graphene polyester fiber. They have excellent performance and graphene functionality. The integrated high-tech graphene fiber brings the thermal insulation material with the characteristics of excellent washing performance, super resilience, smooth and comfortable hand-feel, and the functions of high heat-generation, far-infrared heat storage, anti-bacterial, and anti-mite.
The graphene thermal insulation material is the perfect down alternative, and it provides excellent possibilities for the design and application of home textile, outdoor sports, and other functional clothing.

OBTAINED CERTIFICATION
ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE meets the harmful substances requirements of OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100 and has been awarded the OEKO-TEX ®Certificate for Product Class 1 by Hohenstein Institutes (meets the human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for baby articles).
ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE thermal insulation conforms with GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD 4.0 (GRS 4.0)

USER GUIDELINES
ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE is usually in vacuum packing. Please open the bag and take the product out for at least 24 hours to restore it to its normal state before processing. As filling material, ETHERMALOFT® GRAPHENE can provide good warmth retention property. It is recommended to choose appropriate fabrics and linings. If necessary, please use non-woven fabrics while quilting. When using coated fabrics or waterproof and breathable fabrics, especially those fabrics with weft counts less than 86 / inch, it is recommended to evaluate the possibility of fiber migration.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold (40°C), delicate cycle.
Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
Tumble dry, low heat. 
Do not steam press. Steam only or use cool iron.
Do not bleach.
Professional dry cleaning only. Dry cleaning may reduce bulkiness.
It is recommended that garment manufacturers to conduct comprehensive tests on different fabrics and garment styles to determine the appropriate caring methods. The garment manufacturer’s care instructions need to ensure the integrity of the entire clothing test.
